Rust & Ruin

September's theme is Rust & Ruins.
It is not easy to find something rusted or ruined in Dubai.
In these days, I am just travelling and I got a help from my archived for this month's theme.
I took this picture at Miracle Garden before summer. There were many cars used in this way for decoration. I am not sure if this is matching with the theme's idea but this is all I have for the moment. :)

PS: I am away from Dubai and my computer. I prepared this post before September, I hope above link is working well.

several 4 x 4 vehicles were off road on sand dunes.

Definitely it is fun and difficult to take pictures.

Hope your dream comes true

Yesterday, there was a nice surprise for everybody at our office building.

First I saw a banner on a car. The banner was saying "I wish I was a Porsche" . Of course the car was not a Porsche but budgetary car. I just smiled and try to understand who did that.

Then I saw second car with the banner was "Was it a Carrera or Panamera?" still I was walking and thinking "who and why did this?"

At last I saw this banner. As soon as I saw that, I took my camera to take the picture. : )

Still I have no idea the reason of that.

But it doesn't important at all. The important thing is, I agree with this wish..

 "Hope your dream comes true"

L for Luxury

According to Merriam Webster dictionary, definition of luxury;

• a condition or situation of great comfort, ease, and wealth
• something that is expensive and not necessary
• something that is helpful or welcome and that is not usually or always available.

luxury is quite subjective thing even under the light of above definition. Everybody enjoy and has their own luxury staff. It might be Rolls Royce for someone or "chocolate cake at birthday" for another person.

For me; "spending less time in the traffic jam" is a kind of luxury that I experience (and appreciate) in Dubai. People who suffer from traffic can understand me easily. Without a hesitate I prefer this, rather than having a Rolls Royce :))

Challanger

Most of local people spent their weekends at desert. Some of them having picnic, barbecue or just challenging to gravity with their 4 x 4 cars.

I am still in Turkey for Xmas. & new year holiday and have limited time with pc. Sorry for the post from the archive.
