Burk Khalifa

I always enjoy to photographed Burj Khalifa from different direction and unexpected combination, like here.

The small metal structure says that it is small mesjid (mosque)
have a nice weekend.

I took this picture at Jumeirah 1, at parallel street to the Kite Beach. This is small mosque.
It has different style from what I used to see in Turkey. In Turkish architecture, mosques has more curves like domes, or round minarets. Here it is more straight lines and squares.

Abra and the Creek

After yesterday's post close picture of Abra, I would like to show little bit larger view. Abra and the Creek. you can see old and new style apartments and mosque at the other side of Creek. (Bur Dubai) you can even see wind towers of Bastakiya.

Goodmorning Dubai

After ten days leave from Dubai and unexpacted delay, I reach Dubai this morning.
Very fresh picture..
I took with my phone just after I exit the airport, terminal 2.

Sorry for the poor quality, my dslr was not good in humid weather. It needs 15 min to get ready due to the temperature difference. The moist condenses on the lens.
After I post I am eady to work, without a sleep.

I took this picture long time back in Bur Dubai, when I was thinking suitable post for the February's Theme, I remember this one. We see here little part of Iranian Mosque in Bur Dubai which is located on Ali Bin Abi Taleb street. The Mosque has covered very nice blue and turquoise tile over it's façade.
