B for Break time


Break time is very important if you are working outside.

During summer time, midday break is mandatory by law. Starting from 15th of June and end of 15th of September all outdoor workers should have midday break. it is forbidden any work under direct sunlight between 12:30 pm and 3 pm. It is announced by Ministry of Labour. Penalties also quite high for companies who does not follow the rules.

during noon time, you may see many workers under trees or anything can give some shade...
